We realize that the decision to return a product may become necessary. Your withdrawal must be

made by means of an unequivocal statement to Sprinkle Publishing stating the reason to

withdraw from the contract. If your books are dirty or even damaged, compensation is possible

under certain conditions. However, you bear the direct cost of returning the books. All

communication in this regard must be made within 14 days of receiving your merchandise.

Subsequently, no refund is available.

Prior to the return of the package an email must be sent regarding your intention. A Return Item

Number (RIN) will be issued and must be indicated on the left side of the parcel directly under

your return address. There is a five-dollar ($7.00) restocking fee. Upon receiving the item, a

refund will be issued to the card with which the initial purchase was made minus the restocking,

shipping & handling fees.
