Sprinkle Publishing functions under the auspices of Wanda Sprinkle Ministries, LLC. The term

of this LLC is perpetual. Wanda J. Sprinkle is the sole owner of all the units of Wanda Sprinkle

Ministries, LLC and has by execution of the Operating Agreement, elected as the manager to

own the rights and powers of this LLC. Dr. Sprinkle recognizes that she is obligated to act within

the powers set forth in the Operating Agreement. These contingencies are incumbent upon

Sprinkle Publishing as its subsidiary.
