Welcome to Sprinkle Publishing,
We have drafted these Terms and Conditions with our customers in mind. We pray that you
understand the rules that govern our relationship. These Terms and Conditions do form a legal
contract so please read them carefully. It is imperative that you understand your rights and
obligations.
By accessing, visiting, or otherwise purchasing from Sprinkle Publishing you agree to our
stipulations. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase. Sprinkle Publishing may amend
these guidelines at any time.
1. Our Services
Sprinkle Publishing facilitates the display and delivery of all books that we publish with every
author’s consent that we can do so. We may refuse to provide Services at our discretion, but we
hope we never have to refuse Service to you. Sprinkle Publishing will arrange delivery via
personal pick-up or third-party providers through United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), or The United
States Postal Service (USPS). We will use the lesser amount of the two avenues to keep your
cost at a minimum. All shipments are subject to their guidelines regarding size and weight.
2. Our Commitment to You
At Sprinkle Publishing we handle our responsibilities as expeditiously as possible. We will visit
our website for orders consistently throughout our work day. We will also access our email for
any correspondences on a regular basis. Each order will be processed within a 48-hour window
between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. EST Monday through Friday. Orders received on
the weekend or on holidays will be processed commencing the following business day.
Orders can be expedited only on a limited basis and will be determined on an individual basis.
Receiving your merchandise can be delayed during the months of January, June, July, October,
and November because of vacations and prescheduled Workshops and Conventions. Please allow
for possible delays during the Thanksgiving through Christmas holidays.
